This is my personal reviews of the different Anime series and Mangas I have read.  
These are personal opinions and each has there own.  If you have any comments on

Ranma 1/2
	This series is a good series for those of you who like Martial Arts as well as 
comedy.  The main character as well as some of the other character have a unique curse 
that causes them to change to another form when splashed with cold water.  Hot water 
turns them back to normal.  This is a comedy that has some good Martial Arts and an easy 
to follow story line.  It would be perfect for all ages except for a few scenes of nudity.

I give Ranma 1/2 * * * *

Ah! Megami-Sama!
	This is a story of how a young college student calls out for delivery and gets 
the Goddess Help Line instead.  He is granted a wish and it is full filled in the form of 
having the Goddess Belldandy as his girlfriend through out the entire series.  Later in 
the series, you meet Bell's sisters Urd and Skuld.  The Goddess are actually from Norse 
mythology and represent the three sisters of Past, Present, and Future.  The story line 
is pretty good and the series can be classified as a romance comedy.

I give Ah! Megami-Sama! * * * * 1/2


Rurouni Kenshin
	This story is based during the Meiji Restoration Era in Japan.  The main 
character, Himura Kenshin, is a traveling ronin, who because of his past, has taken a vow 
never to kill and to help the weak.  He meets a family and stays with them during the 
series.  The sword work and the artistry is wonderful and well thought out.  If you 
haven't seen this one yet, I highly recommend you do.  there are a few scenes that get a 
little graffic, but not too terriblely bad.  Overall, the series is very good in my 
opinion.

Flame of Recca
	This series is an interesting and twisted series.  The main character and his 
half brother, come from fedual japan from a little known clan of ninja called, The 
Hokage.  The Hokage were creatorsof Elemental weapons that harnessed the elemants better 
than science can today.  They were transported through time to saved the masacre of their 
clan by a fearful Shogun.  In preset day, one lives as the son of a fireworks 
manufactuerer, while the other lives as a son to a criminal mastermind after 
immortality.  The series has a lot of Martial Arts, and a great story line that takes 
several twists and turns up until the very end.  You can get this series in Fan-sub only 
right now, but it is worth it.

Slayers
	Slayers is a series that is set in a magical land were sorcery is a common thing 
for  people to see.  The two main characters are Lina Inverse, and Goury Gabrieve.  Lina 
is a fourteen year old sorceress who was the power and control to call upon some of the 
most powerful Black Magic spells in that universe, and the only one who has the knowledge 
to call upon the power of the Golden Lord (Lord of all Chaos).  She later seals that 
spell because of the possible consiquences if she lost control of that spell.  Her 
partner Goury, is a skilled swordsman who carries the Sword of Light, otherwise known as 
the Gournnova.  this sword has the power to absorb spells and redirect them even 
stronger.  It can even cancel out some spells.  the story line is excellent and the 
animation is incredible.  the special effects for the spells is rendered with great 
skill.  I personally got hooked on Anime because of this series.

I give Slayers * * * * 1/2

Vision of Escaflowne
	This series is a good series about a girl that gets transported to a world hidden 
from our eyes called Gaea.  It is another moon and the Earth is called the mystic moon.  
Hitomi, the main character, has a pendant and powers of divination that aids Van in his 
quest to destroy the Empire that destroyed his home and wants to create a paradise by 
destroying the whole planet, and starting over from scratch.  the series has several 
twists and turns in it, and has a great stroy line to drive the excellent art of the 
series.  Overall this is a great series with both Mecha and Magic blended together.

I give Vision of Escaflowne * * * * *

Saber Marionette J
	This series is based on a ship going to another planet that crashed and the only 
survivors are men.  Through genetic cloning, they have maintained a civilaztion.  Each of 
the seven survivors has their own kingdom based on the country they came from.  
Marionettes, are the only thing they have to simulate women.  Otaru discovers one by 
accident and then finds the other two to make the complete group of three.  Each of these 
special Marionettes has a unique circuit called a madien circuit which allows them 
to live and learn and grow up.  the end of the series is really good, and it is continued 
in multiple different series as well.  Overall, the story line and artitry for the first 
set is the best.
